REGISTRATION AND SHAREPOINT UPLOAD PROCEDURE

Upload formats differ per type of contribution. Please find are recommendations here:

Before uploading: Please check under which type of contribution your presentation was accepted (poster, multimedia, dream team, game changer, general) and save your contribution under your full name+title of the presentation. This allows us to upload it on the board of your corresponding session.

To upload: Go to the sharepoint (link sharepoint) and deposit your contribution in the right map (according to type of contribution).

Accepted formats:

For interactive poster sessions: Upload a PDF of your poster and an accompanying short MP3/MP4 sound file of maximum 5 minutes to situate your work.
For multimedia presentations: Upload an MP4 video file of 10 to 15 minutes (do not extent this). Suggestions include;

  • a prerecorded zoom/team session,
  • a short powerpoint or prezy presentation with voice over,
  • a short movie with a voice-over
  • any other creative MP4 format.

For dream team sessions: Upload a one pager in PDF including;

  • title of your dream session,
  • short pitch of the challenge, question or problem you wish to address with attendees.

For game changers: Upload a one pager in PDF including

  • title of your game changer
  • short pitch of the political, strategically important domain or emerging challenge that demands attention.

Dream Team and Game changer moderators will gain access to their board five days in advance to create additional content.

Different rates apply to different types of participants. Please check the table below. Master and PhD students should be able to deliver proof of their student status. Post-doctoral researchers are considered as a regular user.
